Runway Lash Co was built from passion, chaos, and a whole lot of determination. What started as a lash artist trying to create a better experience for her clients has grown into a brand trusted by lash artists across Australia.

Alongside running a busy salon, I also train the next generation of artists through Runway Lash Academy — because this industry has completely changed my life, and I love helping other women step into their own success.

Quality will always come first here. Our products are developed, trialled, and tested inside my own salon, by myself and my team, before they ever reach your hands. Our premium volume trays have become a favourite nationwide, with thousands of orders and countless returning customers — because once artists try Runway, they stay.

Runway Lash Co is more than a business to me. It’s a community, a standard, and something I’m truly proud to have built.

About the Founder

Behind Runway Lash Co is founder Kirrilly Cool — a lash artist turned educator and CEO who has spent years perfecting her craft and raising the standard for lash artists across Australia.

Kirrilly built her career from the ground up while juggling the realities of motherhood, business ownership, and leadership. What began as a passion for creating beautiful work soon evolved into a deeper purpose: helping women feel confident, capable, and supported in an industry she loves.

With six years of hands-on experience, Kirrilly brings both artistry and real-world knowledge into every product she releases. She isn’t a behind-the-scenes founder — she’s in the salon, in the classroom, and in the testing process for every single item Runway sells. If it’s not something she would proudly use on her own clients, it doesn’t make the cut.

Her vision has always been clear:
to create high-quality, reliable products that elevate lash artists, while building a brand that feels personal, empowering, and professional.

Today, Kirrilly continues to lead Runway Lash Co with heart, high standards, and a deep belief in the power of women building lives they love — one lash tray, one student, and one salon at a time.
