SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at Runway Lash Co.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the
product. A new product may be exchanged for another product, or returned for a
store credit or refund.
 
Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons, any opened/used products cannot be returned to Runway Lash Co. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- the product was purchased in the last 30 days
- is in its original packaging
- isn't used or damaged
- you have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any return shipping costs and insurance. Runway Lash Co. is not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. 
 
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Damaged items
If you have received a damaged product, please notify us immediately by email: support@runwaylashco.com so that we can assist you.
 

SHIPPING

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking.
 
We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for standard Parcel Post, and $11.95 for Express Post.
If you spend over $150 on your order, you are eligible for FREE standard post.

We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST. Orders that are placed after 2pm AEST will be posted the following business day.
 
Runway Lash Co. is not liable for any delays caused by the wrong address being supplied by the purchaser at checkout.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we are not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.
 
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post yourself (see link below), or if necessary Runway Lash Co. can also assist you.

Please note that orders containing lash adhesives will not be shipped on a Friday, or on a weekday before a public holiday. This is to minimise the risk of your adhesive being left in an uncontrolled environment for extended periods of time.
